Registration for the International Airbrush Days 2017
Conditions of participation:
The registration is binding. Cancelations and refunds are only possible if a substitute participant is reported, who assumes the booked seat. Depending on the form of reservation, payments have to be made immediately (online shop) or 14 days after receiving the invoice (booking form) at the latest. The bill as well as further entry information will be delivered via mail within a few days after booking. The organizer offers a discount for a certain time period specified in the service description. If necessary, the organizer is entitled to extend this period. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event at short notice. In this case, participants are informed by email or in writing and the participation fee is fully refunded. The organizer assumes no liability for costs incurred for hotel or travel cancelations (train, plane, etc.). It is recommended to contract a travel cancelation insurance. The participant has to organize arrival, board and lodging by himself. The published course catalogue should be viewed as a mere offer. Seats in workshops or demos can not be reserved and or be granted. First come, first served! The instructions of the local personnel have to be followed. If a class is full you should find an open seat in another one. The definite and binding course catalogue will be announced at the beginning of the conference, prior statements are made without guarantee.The organizer will be providing the complete working equipment and materials as well as the rooms for the conference. The participant is bound to handle all devices and fitments with care. In case of intentional or negligent damage, the organizer reserves the right to charge the causer with the costs.
